This night Metallica will rock Turkey

After two unforgettable performances in 1993 and 1999, Metallica will take to the stage at tonight.The stage to be erected at Ali Sami Yen for the concert will be the largest stage ever built in Turkey for such an event, the concert's organizers said while announcing the details at the Kemancı club -- a symbolic venue for Metallica fans in Turkey as this was the club they appeared at following their first-ever concert in Istanbul back in June 1993.

Mercer's survey covers 143 cities across six continents and measures the comparative cost of over 200 items in each location, including housing, transport, food, clothing, household goods and entertainment. It is the world's most comprehensive cost of living survey and is used to help multinational companies and governments determine compensation allowances for their expatriate employees.

Moscow is still the most expensive city.New York is 22nd and Istanbul is 23th.
